Topic: Home Visitation Curriculums and Materials
AHVNA team members will touch on various curriculum and information source materials that are being used throughout the province, including free or nearly free reliable sources of information and activities. Information on how to access each resource, along with a few brief notes about usage, purpose and training will be provided to attendees.
About the HV Touchpoint Series:
HV Touchpoints are a way of connecting about topics related to the philosophy, practice and administration of Home Visitation.
Touchpoints will be focused on a specific topic and will have formats that encourage strong engagement from attendees in the form of questions, sharing and/or activities.
Some will have a primary speaker/presenter, while others will rely on our peers throughout the province to share a variety of resources, ideas and approaches.
Who should attend:
Individuals and teams involved in provincially funded Home Visitation in Alberta.
We suggest attending any of the series you feel will meet your team’s needs and include any team members who would benefit or be able to contribute to the conversation.
