4th AHVNA Home Visitation and Early Childhood FRN Symposium

When:

Wednesday October 25 and Thursday October 26, 2023, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Who Should Attend:

Anyone Supporting Families with Children Ages 0-6 in Alberta!

All Provincially Funded Family Resource Network Home Visitation and Early Childhood Spoke Team members, as well as Hubs are FREE, as they are covered under a provincial grant!

Individuals not part of a Provincially Funded Family Resource Network Home Visitation or Early Childhood Spoke or Hub, can register at the AHVNA Member or Non Member Rate!

Fee:

No fee for Provincially funded FRN Home Visitation, Family Support Spoke and Hub Team Members

AHVNA Members – $150

Non Members – $200

All Fees include breakfast, lunch and light snacks!

Double occupancy hotel rooms for up to two nights can be included for Family Resource Network Team members who live more than 100 km away.  Contact Program Assistant at AHVNA: programassistant@ahvna.org  by October 10th to arrange your stay!

Kindly note that children currently cannot be added to the reservation. Please just bypass this option and reserve the size of the room you require. 

The hotel is offering rates of $119 for a Coast King Room and $119 for a Coast Two queen room +tax per night including Breakfast. This is based on double occupancy; there will be a $20 charge for each additional guest.

Coast Nisku Inn also offers a Complimentary Shuttle service to and from the airport. For guests requiring the shuttle service, kindly call them at 780-955-7744 to arrange your shuttle.
