Kimochis® for School Aged Children Add-On Session

 

Alberta Kimochis facilitators, both in homes and in group settings, are telling AHVNA that they would like to expand their use of Kimochis to include older children!

Here is your opportunity! Two 60 minute add on sessions are now being offered to extend your offerings to children (and their families) from grades 1 to 5!

*This workshop is available and free to provincially-funded Family Resource Network (FRN) Spoke programs under a provincial grant, and open to participants that are currently registered in/taking the Kimochis Orientation and Workshop training, or have previously completed the training*

What to Expect:

A chance to explore the differences and similarities between Kimochis in the preschool years and the school aged years!

Each eligible Family Resource Network Agency that attends the School Aged Bonus sessions will be sent a copy of the Feel Guide for grades 1-5!

Dates and Times:

Tuesday January 23 & Tuesday February 6, 2024 from 9:30-10:30 am (register by January 8 to receive your agency’s Feel Guide prior to the Training)

• Must be registered or have previously attended AHVNA Kimochis Main Session training to attend this training

Cancellation Policy:

Registration fees are non-refundable.

We encourage you to send a substitute if you are unable to attend the workshop, as there is a NO SHOW charge for all absent registrants. Cancellations need to be made ONE WEEK prior to the workshop date.

Should a workshop not reach its minimum registration requirement, it will be cancelled ONE WEEK prior to the workshop commencement date. Registrants will be informed by email or telephone, and registration fees will be refunded.
