Why Mastering Confidence?

• Leaders can hit points in their career when they get knocked off their game – by team drama, workplace conflict, an overwhelming workload, or something that is going on in their personal life.
• Lacking the support they need, they might feel powerless, their confidence can begin to fade, and they may even start to wonder if they have what it takes to lead.
• In this unique learning opportunity, Author and Leadership Development Coach Kathy Archer will guide you through the MASTERING CONFIDENCE book. You will learn a system you can use again and again to MASTER YOUR CONFIDENCE!

As part of this Virtual Book Club, You Will:

• Read a portion of the book and complete activities provided by Kathy each week prior to book club
• Create a confidence framework that will help you enhance your confidence in a specific area, shaking off the doubt, anxiety and overwhelm and begin to efficiently lead again
• Note: each participant will be sent a copy of the book Mastering Confidence prior to book club

Dates:

• Wednesdays, May 1 – June 5, 2024, 9:30 – 11:30 AM
• To receive your book on time please register by Register by April 19, 2024 (books are mailed out to you)

Facilitator:

Leadership Development Coach Kathy Archer helps women develop confidence, maintain their composure and lead with integrity! She is the author of Mastering Confidence and the host of the Surviving to Thriving podcast.

Kathy is the creator of The Training Library membership site offering ongoing personal and professional development training.

Cancellation Policy:

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• We encourage you to send a substitute if you are unable to attend the workshop, as there is a NO SHOW charge for all absent registrants. Cancellations need to be made ONE WEEK prior to the workshop date.
• Should a workshop not reach its minimum registration requirement, it will be cancelled ONE WEEK prior to the workshop commencement date. Registrants will be informed by e-mail or telephone, and registration fees will be refunded.
