MindUp for Life
AHVNA is thrilled to be offering MindUp for Life! MindUp is an evidence-based program that helps caregivers support children to develop their mental fitness to build a happier, healthier and more balanced life. The MindUP Program teaches the strategies and skills to find optimism, build resilience, and create solutions for life’s challenges.
The training includes:
- 90-minute Intro training session
- 90-minute session – Topic TBD
- 2 follow-up small group coaching sessions (dates to be determined)
- Unlimited access to all the MindUp Training Modules for one year, to continue self directed learning. Topics include:
- MindUp strategies across the lifespan (Preschoolers, school aged, youth and adults)
- Specific areas of interest, such as How Love Builds Brains or Digital Well-Being
Who Should Attend:
Anyone working with Families in a Family Resource Network, including Home Visitation, Early Childhood Spokes and School Aged Spokes
Note: this training is being offered to Family Resource Network Team members as part of a pilot program. Spaces are limited and attendees may be asked to provide additional feedback regarding this training opportunity.
Priority will be give to Family Resource Network team members
Date:
- Tuesday October 3 & Thursday October 5 from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm
- Register by Tuesday September 19
- Access to all the online training modules continues for one year after the training
