StressLess Booklets Virtual Pilot Workshop
Introducing the NEW StressLess Booklets
The NEW StressLess booklets are adapted from the evidence-based Kids Have Stress Too! and Stress Lessons programs developed by Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada. Tailored for community organizations, coaches, volunteers, parents and any adult who lives and works with kids outside of a school environment, the StressLess booklets are a handy tool that provide fun and helpful ways to support kids in managing their stress and bolster their resilience in everyday situations.
StressLess Booklets Virtual Pilot Workshop
This special virtual pilot workshop opportunity is being offered to all interested adults in Alberta to receive an exclusive first look at all five age-appropriate StressLess Booklets, providing guidance on how to use them with children and teens aged 4-18 years old. Participants can register at no cost for the workshop and will receive a copy of the booklet of their choice in exchange for their feedback before StressLess is formally launched later in 2024. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to nurture resilience and discover ways to help children and youth in your community StressLess.
